GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 8 December 2004
amending Government Regulation No 333 / 1993 Coll., laying down minimum wage charges and wage advantages for work in a difficult and healthy working environment and working at night, as amended
The Government orders pursuant to § 14 (2) of Act No. 1 / 1992 Coll., on wages, remuneration for on-call and on average earnings, as amended by Act No. 217 / 2000 Coll.:
In § 2 of the Decree of the Government No. 333 / 1993 Coll., on the determination of minimum wage rates and wage advantages for work in a difficult and healthy working environment and on work at night, as amended by Decree of the Government No. 308 / 1995 Coll., Decree of the Government No. 356 / 1997 Coll., Decree of the Government No. 318 / 1998 Coll., Decree of the Government No. 132 / 1999 Coll., Decree of the Government No. 312 / 1999 Coll., Decree of the Government No. 163 / 2000 Coll., Decree of the Government No. 430 / 2000 Coll., Decree of the Government No. 437 / 2001 Coll., Decree of the Government No. 560 / 2002 Coll. and Decree of the Government No. 464 / 2003 Coll., paragraph 1 reads:
"(1) The minimum wage rates, graded up to 12 rates at a fixed weekly working time, shall be 40 hours:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2005.
