ORDER
GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 23 March 2022
on the adoption of crisis measures
Following the Government Resolution No. 147 of 2 March 2022 by which the Government, in accordance with Article 5 and Article 6 of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the Security of the Czech Republic, declared emergency status for the territory of the Czech Republic because of the need to respond to a large migration wave in the Czech Republic and within the meaning of Article 5 (b), (c), (e) and (f), § 6 (1) (b), (d) and § 6 (2) (d), (e), (f) and (g) of the Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on crisis management and amendment of certain laws (crisis law), as amended, for the resolution of a crisis situation, the adoption of a crisis measure, by this decision within the meaning of Section 6 (2) of the Crisis Act.
Government with effect from 25 March 2022 at 00am
I. provides that:
1. the period laid down in Article 93 (1) of Act No. 326 / 1999 Coll., on the residence of foreigners in the Czech Republic and amending certain laws, as amended, for foreigners referred to in Article 3 of Act No. 65 / 2022 Coll., on certain measures relating to armed conflict in the territory of Ukraine caused by the invasion of Russian troops ("displaced persons") is 30 days,
2. The Ministry of Interior, the Police of the Czech Republic or the Fire Department of the Czech Republic may determine the place where the reporting obligation under § 93 (1) of Act No. 326 / 1999 Coll., on the residence of foreigners in the Czech Republic and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended, can be fulfilled,
3. The Ministry of Interior, the Police of the Czech Republic or the Fire Department of the Czech Republic may determine at which of the places designated pursuant to § 4 (5) of Act No. 65 / 2022 Coll., on certain measures in connection with armed conflict in the territory of Ukraine caused by the invasion of Russian troops, for the submission of applications for temporary protection, the displaced person may submit an application for temporary protection,
4. a displaced person who refuses to provide accommodation offered to him in the performance of his obligation to declare or in the application for temporary protection, or whose establishment where he has been so granted, ceases to benefit from it, loses entitlement to provide accommodation;
II.
1. Government Resolution of 2 March 2022 No 148 on the adoption of crisis measures, published under No 44 / 2022 Coll.,
2. the Government Resolution of 9 March 2022 No 191 on the amendment of the emergency measure published under No 44 / 2022 Coll., published under No 46 / 2022 Coll., and
3. the Government Resolution of 16 March 2022 No 208 on the amendment of the emergency measure published under No 44 / 2022 Coll., as amended by the emergency measure published under No 46 / 2022 Coll., published under No 59 / 2022 Coll.
They shall:
1. Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior,
Police President,
Managing Director of the Fire Department of the Czech Republic

captains,
Mayor of the City of Prague,
Mayors, mayors
