amending Act No. 170 / 2002 Coll., on War Veterans, as amended by Act No. 190 / 2005 Coll.
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 170 / 2002 Coll., on War Veterans, as amended by Act No. 190 / 2005 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Article 4, the following is added at the end of point (d): "where appropriate, grants to social service providers operating social services facilities similar to those in which care is provided to the persons referred to in Article 3 and to their spouses or spouses, '.
2. In Article 4, at the end of point (e), the dot is replaced by a comma and the following point (f) is added:
"(f) may grant to the persons referred to in Article 3 and to their wives or spouses an allowance for spa care or leisure stay."
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
