3. in the Decree of the Slovak Labour Safety Authority No. 49 / 1971 Coll., on the safety of work in the operation of road vehicles, Slovak edition
1. In § 48 (2) of Act No. 44 / 1971 Coll. the word "registration" instead of "resignation" was printed erroneously.
Article 48 (2) is correctly worded as follows:
"(2) The Member may waive his mandate. His resignation is noted by the Bureau of the House of which he is a member."
2. In § 2 of Act No. 46 / 1971 Coll. an error occurred when the rate was folded by the fact that the whole first line fell in (c).
The correct wording is point (c) as follows:
"(c) the creation and maintenance of real estate records *) and the production and verification of geometric plans for these purposes,"
3. Paragraph 27 of the No.49 / 1971 Coll. misprinted "This Decree takes effect on 1 July 1971."
Section 27 is correct as follows:
"This decree shall take effect on 1 September 1971. '
