DECLARATION
Minister of Finance and Chief Arbiter of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic
of 30 June 1961
amending the Decree on material incentives to increase the efficiency of investment construction
The Minister of Finance pursuant to Article 11 (2) of Act No. 83 / 1958 Coll., on the modification of the financial planning and financial management of national enterprises and other economic organisations of the state socialist sector, and pursuant to § 20 (1) (a) of Act No. 8 / 1959 Coll., laying down the basic rules on the State Budget and on the management of the budget resources, and the main arbitrator of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic pursuant to § 190 (1) of Act No. 69 / 1958 Coll., on economic relations between socialist organisations, provides:
Paragraph 15 of Decree No 179 / 1959 of the Ú. l., on material incentives to improve the efficiency of investment construction, is amended as follows:
"(1) The claim for payment of the premium pursuant to Article 13 arises by taking over completed works (buildings) or a separate part thereof by the investor on the basis that the planned savings have actually been achieved or that the takeover has actually taken place before the agreed time of execution [Paragraph 13 (c)] and, as regards the improvement of other qualitative technical economic indicators, that they will be achieved.
(2) However, an investor is obliged, if requested by the supplier during the course of the work, to pay 30% of the expected premium as an advance if the supplier proves that the conditions for its admission are met.
(3) The right to a premium must be stated in the take-over note. "*)
This Decree shall take effect on 15 July 1961.
