on the Institute of Social Sciences at the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia.
The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on the following Act:
§ 1
The Institute of Social Sciences of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia, established by the Resolution of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia of 5 March 1957, is a scientific institute which is entitled to award the scientific rank of candidate of science and doctor of science under the conditions laid down by the Government Decree No. 60 / 1953 Coll., on scientific degrees and on the designation of graduates of universities.
§ 2
This Law shall take effect from the date of its publication; It shall be implemented by the Minister for Education and Culture in agreement with the participating members of the Government.
