Decree of the Minister of Finance
of 3 May 1947
on the issue of new uniform track marks amended by the issue of 1938.
Pursuant to Article 2 of the Decree of 28 March 1854, No 70 of the Act on the introduction of stamp-marks as a modified method of collecting a stamp from legal acts, documents, documents and official acts, and under Article 17 of the Rules, I declare:
For the entire territory of the Czechoslovak Republic, uniform stamp stamps are issued in values 10 and 50 halers and 1 Kčs, 2 Kčs, 3 Kčs, 5 Kčs, 8 Kčs, 10 Kčs, 12 Kčs, 20 Kčs, 30 Kčs, 50 Kčs, 100 Kčs and 200 Kčs.
The new stamp stamps referred to in § 1 are identical in size, design and drawing of the upper and lower printing with stamp stamps issued pursuant to the Order of the Minister of Finance of 13 April 1938, No. 83 Coll., on the issue of new stamp stamps, but differ from them in the text that the term "stamp" is replaced by "stamp" on the new stamp and instead of "CZK" and "halers" the currency abbreviation "Kčs" and "h." Typographical modification of the new text does not change. The color of the top printing of pennies is olive green, the values of crowns bright red. The underprint of both values is made in the gold yellow colour.
