DECLARATION
of 15 December 2006
amending Decree No 7 / 2003 Coll., on water law, as amended by Decree No 619 / 2004 Coll.
The Ministry of Agriculture, in cooperation with the Ministry of the Environment, provides pursuant to § 19 paragraph 2 of Act No. 254 / 2001 Coll., on Water and on the amendment of certain laws (Water Act), as amended by Act No. 20 / 2004 Coll.:
Decree No 7 / 2003 Coll., on water law, as amended by Decree No 619 / 2004 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Article 2 (6), the first sentence is replaced by the following: "The water authorities which register the selected data in the water register referred to in Annexes 1 to 3 shall transmit the decisions, including the decisions referred to in paragraph 5, and the selected data referred to in paragraph 4 to the river basin managers and the Ministry of Agriculture in electronic form for the calendar quarter at the latest by the 15th day of the first month of the following calendar quarter."
2. In Annex 1, point 13a (1) (c), the words "or transitional 'are deleted.
3. In Annex 1, point 13b (2) (d), the words "or transitional 'are deleted.
4. In Annex 1, point 85:

PAH - polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons expressed as the sum of 6 compounds (fluoranthene, benzo (b) fluoranthene, benzo (k) fluoranthene, benzo (a) pyrene, benzo (ghi) perylene, indeno (1,2,3-cd) pyrene
N-NO2 - Nitrite nitrogen
N-NO3 - Nitrate nitrogen
pH - acidification reaction of water;
Transitional provision
The collected data listed in Annexes 1 to 3 to Decree No 7 / 2003 Coll. are already registered in the water register in electronic form, as well as the related decisions will be transmitted by the water authorities in electronic form to the water authorities and the Ministry of Agriculture by 31 December 2009.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on 1 July 2007.
