DECLARATION
of 22 December 2005
amending Decree No. 82 / 1993 of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs Coll., on reimbursement for residence in social care establishments, as amended
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides, pursuant to § 58 (c) of Act No. 114 / 1988 Coll., on the jurisdiction of the Czech authorities in social security, as amended by Act No. 144 / 1991 Coll. and Act No. 582 / 1991 Coll., and pursuant to § 177a (1) of Act No. 100 / 1988 Coll., on Social Security, as amended by Act No. 37 / 1993 Coll. and Act No. 307 / 1993 Coll.:
Decree No. 82 / 1993 Coll., on remuneration for residence in social care establishments, as amended by Decree No. 138 / 1994 Coll., Decree No. 146 / 1995 Coll., Decree No. 66 / 1996 Coll., Decree No. 262 / 1996 Coll., Decree No. 205 / 1997 Coll., Decree No. 145 / 1998 Coll., Decree No. 172 / 1999 Coll., Decree No. 73 / 2001 Coll., Decree No. 425 / 2001 Coll., Decree No. 551 / 2002 Coll., Decree No. 5 / 2004 Coll. and Decree No. 34 / 2005 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 1 (1) (b) (1), "CZK 56" is replaced by "CZK 61."
2. in § 1 (1) (b) (2), the amount "65 CZK" is replaced by "70 CZK."
3. in § 1 (1) (b) (3), the amount "78 CZK" is replaced by "83 CZK."
4. In Paragraph 1 (1) (c) (1), "CZK 66 'is replaced by" CZK 68'.
5. In § 1 (1) (c) (2), "39 CZK" is replaced by "41 CZK."
6. In the second and third sentences of Paragraph 18 (3), "CZK 325 'is replaced by" CZK 342'; in the second sentence, "CZK 190 'is replaced by" CZK 200' and in the fourth sentence, "CZK 152 'is replaced by" CZK 174'.
7. In Paragraph 18 (5), "CZK 112 'is replaced by" CZK 123'.
8. In Paragraph 18 (9), "CZK 310 'is replaced by" CZK 340'.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 February 2006.
