DECLARATION
South Moravian Regional National Committee in Brno
of 19 June 1984
entrusting other selected national committees with lower levels of performance of the water management agenda
Plenary meeting of the South Moravian National Committee in Brno pursuant to the provisions of § 39 (2) (v) of Act No. 69 / 1967 Coll., on National Committees, in the complete version published under No. 31 / 1983 Coll. and pursuant to § 3 (2) of the Act ČNR No. 130 / 1974 Coll., on State Administration in Water Management, as amended by Article II of Law No. 49 / 1982 Coll. mandates:
1. the performance of the water management agenda within the scope of § 3 (2) (a) of the ČNR Act No. 130 / 1974 Coll., on State administration in the water economy, as amended by Article II of Law No. 49 / 1982 Coll. of all local national committees in the district of Brno-rural areas except local national committees for several municipalities with extended scope;
2. performance of the water management agenda within the scope of § 3 (2) (a) -f) of the ČNR Act No. 130 / 1974 Coll., on State Administration in the Water Economy, as amended by Article II of Law No. 49 / 1982 Coll. the following national committees:
in the Kreis Hodonín: the local national committees Archlebov, Blatina, Bukovany, Čejč, Čejkovice, Dambořice, Dolní Bojanovice, Domanín, Chárany, Grape Lhota, Hrubá Vrůbka, Ježov, Kneždub, Kostelec, Lipov, Louka, Huncice, Lusice, Mikulčice, Milovice, Moravany, Moravian Sand Mutovice, Násedlovice, Nová Lhota, Petrov, Prusšánky, Raděv, Ratiškovice, Rohatec, Sobělky, Old Poddřerov, Stráovice, Sudověřice, Suchověřice, Svělovice, Svělovice, Želice;
3. performance of the water management agenda within the scope of § 3 (2) (a), (c), (d), (f) of the ČNR Act No. 130 / 1974 Coll., as amended by Article II of Law No. 49 / 1982 Coll. the following national committees:
- in the Jihlava district: all local national committees except local national committees with extended scope;
- in the Kromeriz district: the local national committees of Kvasice, Morkovice, Zdounky;
- in the district of Třebíč: the local national committees of Babice, Blatiny, Břetík, Břečník, Budišov, Budkov, Čáslavice, Čechtín, Dalešice, Dešov, Lower Vilémovice, Domamil, Hartvikovice, Jinosov, Kojetice, Kouty, Kralice n. Osl., Lesonice, Lipník, Myslibořice, New Syrovice, Opatov, Předín, Pyškola, Radkovice u u Hrotovic, Ratice, Student, Svatoslav, Šebkovice, Tasov, Trnava, Vyčepy;
- in the district of Uherské Hradiště: local national committees Babice, Bílovice, Březolupy, Auschwitz, Šumice, Traplice, Velehrad.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
