adjusting the maturity of the supplementary levy for 1983 by certain agricultural organisations
The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic orders pursuant to § 9 (3) of Act No. 161 / 1982 Coll., on contributions to the state budget:
The additional payment for exceeding the mandatory limit on diesel and heating consumption in the calendar year 1983, which are required to be paid by organisations subject to profit tax under the Agricultural Tax Act, (1) is due by 15 March 1984 at the latest.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
