repealing Decree No. 127 / 1975 Coll., on superior furnishings of flats, as amended by Decree No. 165 / 1976 Coll., amending the Annex to Decree No. 127 / 1975 Coll.
The Federal Ministry of Technical and Investment Development, the State Planning Commission and the Federal Ministry of Finance provide, pursuant to § 53 (a) to (c) of Act No. 133 / 1970 Coll., on the jurisdiction of Federal ministries, § 17 (1) (e) of Act No. 145 / 1970 Coll., on National Economic Planning, § 391 (1) of the Economic Code No. 109 / 1964 Coll., as amended by Act No. 37 / 1971 Coll. and as amended by Act No. 144 / 1975 Coll. and Act No. 165 / 1982 Coll., and § 11 (2) of Act No. 83 / 1958 Coll., on the modification of financial planning and financial management of national enterprises and other economic organisations of the State Socialist Sector:
Decree No. 127 / 1975 Coll., on superior furnishings of flats, as amended by Decree No. 165 / 1976 Coll., amending the Annex to Decree No. 127 / 1975 Coll., is hereby repealed.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 February 1983.
