DECLARATION
Federal Ministry of Interior and Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs
of 28 December 1979
amending and supplementing the Decree of the Ministry of the Interior of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs No. 44 / 1970 Coll.
The Federal Ministry of Interior and the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs provide, pursuant to Section 7 of Act No. 63 / 1965 Coll., on Travel Documents:
Decree No 44 / 1970 Coll. as amended by Decree No 142 / 1971 Coll. is amended as follows:
1. in Paragraph 3, paragraphs 2 and 3 are deleted; paragraph 4 becomes paragraph 2.
2. the following paragraph 4 is added to Article 6:
"(4) Travel and residence in the Republic of Bulgaria, the People's Republic of Hungary, the People's Republic of Mongolia, the Democratic Republic of Germany, the People's Republic of Poland, the Socialist Republic of Romania and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics need not be accompanied by an exit clause."
This Decree shall take effect on 1 March 1980.
