about the University of Political Central Committee of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia
Having regard to the fact that the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia has changed the existing "High Party School - Institute of Social Sciences of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia" to the University of the Political Central Committee of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia and adopted the principles of its further work, the Bureau of the National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic has decided on this legislative measure pursuant to Article 60 (2) of the Constitution:
(1) The High School of Political Central Committee of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia is a university university, whose graduates have the status of graduates of other universities.
(2) The Central Committee of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia is managed by the University of the Political Central Committee.
The University of Political Central Committee of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia has the right to award scientific degrees under Act No. 53 / 1964 Coll. on the award of scientific degrees and on the State Commission for Scientific Aspects.
Legislative measure No. 86 / 1961 Coll. on the High Party School - Institute of Social Sciences at the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia is repealed.
This legal measure shall take effect on the date of its publication.
