amending and supplementing Decree No 364 / 1953 of the Ú. l., on the timetable for the public transport of persons (Urban Transport Regulations)
The Ministry of Transport and Communications provides, pursuant to § 24 paragraph 5 of Act No. 97 / 1950 Coll., on Railways and § 7 of Decree No. 36 / 1951 Coll., implementing the Act on the Treatment of Road Transport:
Decree of the Ministry of Transport No 364 / 1953 Ú. l., which lays down the transport rules for public passenger transport (urban transport rules), is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 10 is added to paragraph 7:
"(7) In a single-service vehicle, the passenger is required to pay immediately after boarding the ticket ticket or ticket. The provisions of paragraphs 3, 4, 5 in single-service vehicles where tickets are not issued shall not apply. ';
2. Paragraph 11 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) A passenger who has not received a valid ticket in time (Paragraph 10 (1)) or who cannot be proved by a valid ticket, subscription or other card is obliged to pay a premium of 30, - Kčs in addition to the fare. In single-service vehicles, the premium shall be paid by the passenger who, immediately after boarding, will not pay the fare fixed by the fare or prove not to be shown by a valid subscription or ticket, or take the ticket unjustly and without paying the ticket where the tickets are issued. '
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
