concerning the Agreement between the Czechoslovak Republic and the German Democratic Republic on the extension of priority periods in the field of inventions and trade marks
On 26 June 1958, the Agreement between the Czechoslovak Republic and the German Democratic Republic on the extension of priority periods in the field of inventions and trade marks was negotiated in Prague.
The Government approved the Agreement on 17 September 1958 and the President of the Republic ratified it on 3 November 1958. The approval of the Agreement by the competent authorities of the Czechoslovak Republic was communicated by a note dated 25 November 1958 and its approval by the competent authorities of the German Democratic Republic was communicated by a note dated 16 December 1958.
Article 6 The Agreement entered into force on 16 December 1958.
