Government Regulation
of 31 January 1953
repealing and setting up certain mandates and regulating their responsibilities. *)
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders, with the consent of the President of the Republic pursuant to § 1 of the Constitutional Act No. 47 / 1950 Coll., on adaptations in the organisation of public administration:
A mandate for building materials is hereby established, which primarily performs the tasks of the building industry in the field of construction materials.
The delegation of information and information and information and the delegation of justice shall be revoked.
The Education, Science and Art Commonwealth is set up to carry out the tasks of the Ministry of Education and Education.
Paragraph 4 of Act No. 217 / 1949 Coll., establishing the State Church Office, is amended and reads as follows:
"In Slovakia, the President, who manages the State Church Office, shall exercise his powers in principle through the Slovak Church Office, managed by the President appointed by the Government. '
The detailed definition of the tasks of the various delegates in relation to the transfers of responsibilities carried out under this Regulation shall be carried out by the Government.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication; All members of the government will do it.
