THE LAW
of 9 December 2004
amending Act No. 406 / 2000 Coll., on Energy Management
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment to the Energy Management Act
Act No. 406 / 2000 Coll., on Energy Management, as amended by Act No. 359 / 2003 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Article 6 (8), the words "and for the regulation of central heating 'shall be inserted between the words" waters laid down'.
2. In Paragraph 14 (2), "up to 4 years' is replaced by" up to 6 years';
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
