In Article 34, the following point (f) is inserted after point (e):
"(f) he has committed a criminal offence against a person involved in the protection of life and health or in the protection of property;"
Points (f) to (k) shall be renumbered as points (g) to (l).
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
