THE LAW
of 7 March 2007
amending Act No. 563 / 1991 Coll., on Accounting, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
In Article 21a (4) of Act No. 563 / 1991 Coll., on Accounting, as amended by Act No. 492 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 57 / 2006 Coll. and Act No. 81 / 2006 Coll., the last sentence is deleted.
Transitional provision
The entity's obligation to publish the financial statements also in the Commercial Journal under the provisions of Section 21a (4) of Act No. 563 / 1991 Coll., as amended by Act No. 81 / 2006 Coll., is not taken into account until the effective date of that Act.
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
