DECLARATION
of 26 February 2003
amending Decree No. 48 / 1993 Coll., on school meals, as amended
The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports provides according to § 13 (l) of Act No. 564 / 1990 Coll., on State Administration and Self-Government in Education:
Decree No. 48 / 1993 Coll., on school meals, as amended by Act No. 134 / 1993 Coll., Decree No. 276 / 1993 Coll., Decree No. 20 / 1995 Coll. and Decree No. 313 / 1997 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. In Section 1, the words "the School Office 'are replaced by the words" the Regional Office' and at the end of the paragraph, the words "the Ministry of Health of secondary education 'are deleted.
2. in Article 2 (b):
"(b) other food establishments (hereinafter referred to as" establishments "), where it is not possible to ensure the catering of pupils and school staff in the school cafeteria, are owned or otherwise owned by other schools, under a contract concluded between the establishment and the pre-school establishment, school establishment or school (hereinafter referred to as" school ")."
3. In Paragraph 6 (1) at the end of the first sentence, the words "Article 7 (7) 'are replaced by the words" Article 7 (4)'.

Pupils of private schools and school establishments included in the school network, preschool establishments and school establishments shall be provided with school meals under the same conditions under this Decree. ';
5. footnote 1 shall read:

Act No. 110 / 1997 Coll., on Food and Tobacco Products and amending and supplementing certain related laws, as amended by Act No. 166 / 1999 Coll., Act No. 306 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 119 / 2000 Coll. and Act No. 146 / 2002 Coll. '
6. footnote 3 shall read:
"3) Act No. 563 / 1991 Coll., on Accounting, as amended by Act No. 117 / 1994 Coll., Act No. 227 / 1997 Coll., Act No. 492 / 2000 Coll. and Act No. 363 / 2001 Coll., and the Implementing Rules for this Act. Decree No. 505 / 2002 Coll., implementing certain provisions of Act No. 563 / 1991 Coll., on Accounting, as amended, for entities that are self-governing entities, contributory organisations, state funds and state organisational units. '
7. footnote 11 shall read:
"(11) For example, Decree No. 114 / 2002 Coll., on the Fund of Cultural and Social Needs, as amended by Decree No. 510 / 2002 Coll. '.
8. footnote 15 shall read:
"15) Act No. 109 / 2002 Coll., on the performance of constitutional education or protective education in educational establishments and on preventive educational care in educational establishments and amending other laws. Decree No. 127 / 1997 Coll., on special schools and special maternity schools. '
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
