GOVERNMENT REGULATION

of 11 February 2002

amending Government Decree No 79 / 1994 Coll., on the pay ratios of armed forces, security forces and services, customs authorities, fire protection officers and employees of certain other organisations (Staff Regulations), as amended

The Government mandates pursuant to § 23 (1) (b) and (c) of Act No. 143 / 1992 Coll., on the salary and remuneration of on-call time in the budget and in certain other organisations and bodies, as amended by Act No. 40 / 1994 Coll. and Act No. 217 / 2000 Coll.:

Čl. I

Government Decree No 79 / 1994 Coll., on the pay ratios of employees of the armed forces, security bodies and services, customs authorities, members of the Fire Protection Corps and employees of certain other organisations (Staff Regulations), as amended by Government Decree No. 143 / 1995 Coll., Government Decree No. 72 / 1996 Coll., Government Decree No. 327 / 1996 Coll., Government Decree No. 354 / 1997 Coll., Government Decree No. 249 / 1998 Coll., Government Decree No. 127 / 2000 Coll., and Government Decree No. 496 / 2000 Coll., are amended as follows:

1. In Article 6 (3), the figure "10 'is replaced by" 17'.

2. Annex 2 shall read as follows:

Čl. II

1. Further salary pursuant to Section 12 of the Decree of the Government No 79 / 1994 Coll., on the pay ratios of armed forces, security bodies and services, customs authorities, members of the Fire Protection Corps and of certain other organisations (Staff Regulations), as amended by the Decree of the Government No 143 / 1995 Coll. and the Decree of the Government No 72 / 1996 Coll., will be granted only half the amount to which employees would otherwise be entitled in 2002.

2. The additional salary calculated in accordance with point 1 shall be rounded up to the whole hundred crowns.

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 March 2002.
