GOVERNMENT REGULATION
Czechoslovak Socialist Republic
of 22 August 1985
concerning certain changes in the organisation of universities
The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic orders pursuant to § 5 (2) of Act No. 39 / 1980 Coll., on Higher Education:
§ 1
The Faculty of Horticulture, based in Lednice, Moravia, is established at the University of Agriculture in Brno.
§ 2
At the University of Agriculture in Prague, an agronomic faculty is established, based in České Budějovice.
§ 3
At the University of Agriculture in Prague, the Faculty of Economics, based in České Budějovice, established by the Government Decree No. 120 / 1960 Coll., on changes in the organization of universities, is abolished.
§ 4
This Government Regulation shall enter into force on 1 September 1985.
