DECLARATION
Federal Ministry of the Interior
of 11 June 1981
amending and supplementing Decree No 145 / 1956 of the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic (Ú. v.) on road traffic, as amended
The Federal Ministry of the Interior shall provide, in agreement with the participating central authorities, pursuant to Article 16 (1) (a) of Decree No. 54 / 1953 Coll., on road traffic, as amended:
Decree No 145 / 1956 Ú. l (Ú. v.) on road traffic, as amended, is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 83 (8) shall be deleted at the end of "once a year '.
2. In Article 87, the following point (g) is added:
"(g) permanent change in the colour or colour of the vehicle."
3. In Article 88 (2), the following point (ch) is added:
"(ch) the colour of the vehicle. ';
4. In Paragraph 89 (2), the following sentence is inserted after the first sentence:
"As a rule, this period shall be determined by the county transport inspector in accordance with the date of the next technical inspection. '
5. Article 90 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) The registration number shall consist of a series of two or three letters and a four-digit number. In the case of vehicles designated in accordance with Section 83 (8), the registration mark shall also include the date of the next technical inspection. '
This Decree shall take effect on 1 September 1981.
