DECLARATION
Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade
of 25 May 1978
amending Decree No. 103 / 1960 Coll., on the jurisdiction of the Czechoslovak Chamber of Commerce and its Organisation, as amended by Decree No. 32 / 1961 Coll.
The Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade provides in an agreement with the Federal Ministry of Finance pursuant to § 2 and 20 of Act No. 119 / 1948 Coll., on the State Organisation of Foreign Trade and International Shipyard:
Čl. I
Decree of the Foreign Trade Minister No. 103 / 1960 Coll., on the jurisdiction of the Czechoslovak Chamber of Commerce and its organisation, as amended by Decree No. 32 / 1961 Coll. is amended as follows:
1. In Section 1, the words "and industrial 'shall be inserted after the words" commercial'.
2. In Article 12, the following point (g) is inserted after point (f):
"(g) issue the status of the Chamber with the approval of the Foreign Trade Minister."
3. Paragraph 14 (4) (e) reads as follows:
"(e) to issue, by the approval of the Minister for Foreign Trade, the Rules of Procedure of the Chamber, which shall include detailed provisions on the activities of the Chamber.";
4. § 26 is deleted.
Čl. II
This Decree shall take effect on 1 September 1978.
