repealing certain provisions of Government Regulations No 219 / 1949 Coll., No 220 / 1949 Coll., No 221 / 1949 Coll., No 222 / 1949 Coll., and No 223 / 1949 Coll., on economic security of churches and religious societies by the State
The Government of the Slovak Socialist Republic orders, pursuant to Act No. 218 / 1949 Coll., on Economic Security of Churches and Religious Companies by the State:
1. In Article 14 of Decree No. 219 / 1949 Coll., on Economic Security of the Roman Catholic Church by the State, paragraphs 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 are deleted.
2. in Article 14 of Decree No. 220 / 1949 Coll., on Economic Security of the Czechoslovak Church by the State, paragraphs 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 are deleted.
3. In Article 14 of Decree No. 221 / 1949 Coll., on Economic Security of the Evangelical Churches by the State, paragraphs 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 are deleted.
4. In Article 14 of Decree-Law No 222 / 1949 Coll., on the economic security of the Orthodox Church by the State, paragraphs 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 are deleted.
5. In Article 14 of Decree-Law No 223 / 1949 Coll., on the economic security of religious societies by the State, paragraphs 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 are deleted.
This Government Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1970.
