on the Board of State tangible reserves
The Bureau of the National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic has decided pursuant to Article 60 (2) of the Constitution on the following legal measure:
The management of the State tangible reserves is a central body for the planning, production, protection and control of the State tangible reserves and for other tasks in the State reserves section entrusted to it by the Government. The head of the Administration is the President who is appointed and dismissed by the government.
(1) The management of State tangible reserves ensures the creation of state tangible reserves in the national economy and to this end in particular:
(2) The management of the State tangible reserves carries out other tasks entrusted to it by the Government.
(1) The ministries and other central authorities are responsible for the timely supply of materials to the State tangible reserves and ensure the creation, protection and control of the State tangible reserves in subordinate organisations in accordance with the State Plan.
(2) Organisations designated by the Ministry (Central Authority) are responsible for managing and managing the State tangible reserves and are responsible for their acceptance, long-term storage, timely replacement and protection under the national property management rules.
(3) Materials intended for state tangible reserves must be delivered in species, quality, packaging and in a manner suitable for long-term storage.
(1) The government decides on the permanent release of the State tangible reserves.
(2) State tangible reserves may be used temporarily by the loan authorisation. The government shall adjust the lending authorisation.
The tasks of the Administration of State tangible reserves, in particular the planning, production, use, protection, financing and control of State tangible reserves, shall be governed in more detail by the Statute of the State Reserve, approved by the Government.
Government Decree No. 43 / 1959 Coll., on the Board of State Material Provisions, is hereby repealed.
This legal measure shall take effect on the date of its publication.
