The Government of the Republic of Czechoslovak nariaduje podľa § 3 of the Act No. 58 / 1950 Zb. on Higher Education:
The title of the University of Košiciach znie: "University of Pavel Jozef Shafarik in Košiciach."
Toto nariadenie nadobúda feknosť dňom znazenia; It will be performed by the Minister of Education and Culture.
