GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 8 December 2004
defining the Cřivoclátsko Bird Region
The Government orders pursuant to § 45e paragraphs 1 and 2 of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Conservation, as amended by Act No. 218 / 2004 Coll.:
§ 1
Subject matter
(1) The birds' zone of Křivoclátsko (hereinafter referred to as "the bird area") is defined.
(2) The protection of the bird's populations are Pernis apivorus, Bubo bubo, Glaucidium passerinum, Alcedo atthis, Picus canus, Dendrocopos medius, Chia lea and White lees and their biotopes.
(3) The purpose of the protection of the birds' area is to preserve and restore ecosystems relevant to birds' species as referred to in paragraph 2 on their natural grounds of enlargement and to ensure conditions for the conservation of the populations of those species in a favourable conservation situation.
§ 2
Definition of bird area
(1) The bird region is situated in the territory of the Central Bohemian Region and the Pilsen Region, in the cadastral territories of Bělez, Branov, Bratronice u Kladna, Broumy, Bozz u Hořovice, Cilá, Zdrahňa, Hracholusky nad Berounka, Horonka, Hudlice, Hýskov, Chynáva, Jablečno, Kalubice, Karlova Ves, Křivoklát, Kublov Kublany, Lhotka u Terešov, Líška u Zbiroha, Lušna u Rakovník, Městka u Křivoklát, Mlecice, Zebudice, Nižbor, Nové Láčymov u Těčívov, Otročíves, Podmozměny nad nad nad, Podmočenka nad nad nad nad nad nad nad, Rástěžíny nad, Rakhoděstěstěžice, Rážka, Ráš@@
(2) The territorial demarcation and description of the border of the bird area are set out in Annex 1 to this Regulation; the indicative graphical representation of the bird area is given in Annex 2 to this Regulation.
(3) The map material of the 1: 50 000 scale, in which the territory of the bird region is drawn, is stored in the central list of nature protection1) and in electronic form at the Ministry of the Environment, the Křivoklátsko Regional Office, the Regional Office of the Central Bohemian Region, the Regional Office of the Pilsen Region and the municipal offices of the enlarged municipalities in whose administrative district the bird area is located.
§ 3
Activities to which the consent of the nature protection authority is required
(1) Only with the prior agreement of the competent authority of nature protection (2) may the territory of the municipalities be located in the birds' area outside the concurrently built and stoppable (3),
(a) carry out all toll and pre-toll mining and mechanized work in the forestry activity between 1 May and 15 August at a distance of less than 200 m from known occupied forest nests;
(b) carry out all toll and pre-toll mining and mechanized work in the forestry activity between 15 February and 31 May at a distance of less than 200 m from the known nest of a large field,
(c) during the period 1 April to 30 June, carry out tolls and pre-tolls in forest areas over 80 years of age with a representative of leafy trees of 50% or more;
(d) change the type of land and the means of usingit (4);
(e) to carry out tolls and pre-tolls which have not been located in an approved forest economic plan or in the adopted forest economic curriculum;
(f) to reposition hunting facilities less than 200 m from known nests in the forest and known nests of a large hive.
(2) Prior consent of the competent nature conservation authority is not required
(a) the activities referred to in paragraph 1 in the case of measures preventing or hindering the effects of harmful factors on the forest and in the case of measures in the event of exceptional circumstances and unforeseen damage in the forest under special legislation (5);
(b) for the activities referred to in paragraph 1 (e), where such extractions have been notified at least 15 days in advance to the competent authority of nature conservation and for extractions which are not subject to notification obligations under the special legislature6);
(c) for the activities referred to in paragraph 1 (c), where such mining has been notified at least 20 working days in advance to the competent nature conservation authority;
(d) the activities referred to in paragraph 1 in the case of activities carried out under specific legislation7) in the territory of the specified conquest area and exclusive bearings;
(e) in respect of the activities referred to in paragraph 1 (d), where such activities are subject to a decision pursuant to a special legislation (8) and the competent nature conservation authority has given an opinion thereon.
(3) The location of known occupied nests and nests referred to in paragraph 1 (a) and (b) shall be communicated in writing to the owners of the forest land concerned by the competent nature conservation authority before or during the period of limitation of mining activities.
§ 4
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.

South side: Starting point - SZ edge of the village Líšná, west direction by road *) No III / 23511, around Letná, through St. Peter, at the intersection turns left to JZ. On the road bridge he leaves the road and downstream the stream heads towards the location of the Termín. Here it continues along the Apple creek JZ towards the confluence with the Zberožský creek. From down the river Zberozsky stream to the Sykor Mill.
West side: From the Sýkor Mill still to the creek, through the Paper Plant, the Goat Mill to the Ostrovický Mill. From Ostrovický mlýn the border goes to the river to the mouth of the Mlecický creek and upstream to the left-hand tributary and then the SSZ towards the edge of the forest of JZ from the village of Podmokla. Then the border along the edge of the forest S continues towards road No III / 23314 (Podmokly - Podmokle Mill). It continues along this SV road towards the road turn to the village of Čilá and follows this road S towards the village of Čilá. In front of the village, behind the cottage settlement, the border V turns in the direction and falls sharply on the way * *) to the mill Slapnice. From there it follows the Zberožská river (left-hand drive) to the river Berounce. On the left bank of the river, about 700 metres of SV goes downstream to the point where the river is estranged from the left side of its drive and close to it also the Šlovický stream. From there, the valley of the river SZ rises in the direction and after about 1 km it separates on the forest road, leading in the same direction to road No III / 20117 (Šlovice - Riders). After 150 m along the SSZ road direction from the exit of the forest road, in the place where the road comes out of the forest, the border leaves the road and passes along the edge of the forest V direction (S from the cubicle 424) to Karaskova Mill and further along the edge of the forest to road No.II / 201 (Riders - Týřovice). It also leads across the road along the SZ field road towards the edge of the forest S from booth 417. The border continues With direction along the edge of the forest, approx. 1.5 km From the village of Hracholusky it turns along the forest road to the SV to the Hracholuský stream and downstream towards the mouth to the Tyter creek. Here it turns upstream towards the ZSS towards its second left-hand inflow (in the Habr meadow location) and after it rises with the direction between Lánsko and Kamenna (kota 429), up to booth 429 and then along the forest road S towards road III / 20113 (All-Tata - Big Buková). From there it continues about 600 metres west towards the village of Výtaty, and along the forest road it turns to the Chepina grove. From there it continues along the edge of the forest of SV in a direction and about 0.5 km of JZ from the village of Pustoveta is connected to the forest path (VSV direction) and before the beginning of the village it connects between the gardens to the right-hand tributary of the Rakovice creek, which follows through the whole of the Pustovaty to the mouth of Rakovnik creek. Following the Rakovnický creek, he heads downstream to the village of Town, where he turns to the left-hand tributary of Ryšava and follows this flow upstream to its small left-hand tributary below the cubicle of 426 on Hrouda, from this tributary of about 250 m away on the direct forest road Dubák in the Elizabeth region. Following Dubai, the border goes to Road II / 236 the grove house Paroviny. On Road II / 236 the border of SZ goes to the intersection of St. Elizabeth. From there it turns to SV, at the first intersection it ducts through the settlement of the Brejl and continues along the field road through the Zajíčkovna in Amalia. From Amalia the border Z continues towards road No III / 2372 (New House - Ruda). On this road he swerves to J and at the grove of Stýlovna turns SZ in the direction of the forest road through the Skelnou smelt, through the beautiful valley to the location above the rock, where he connects to road No II / 237 (Cancer - Nové Stráší)
North side: In the north, the border of the bird area is completely copied by the border of the CHKO in the eastern direction to the village of Pustá Dobná (1.5 km V from the village of Lány). On the road Lužná - Ruda leads to booth 445, there it turns left to SSZ - SZ to railway line Rakovna - Kladno and then to Z until the railway leaves the forest and crosses the road from Rudy. The border turns south on this road on the edge of the village of Upper Ruda. On the Z side he goes around the Hájenka and along the road along the edge of the village and the forest he goes to JV (he goes around the meadow and pool). After leaving the village, he continues along the edge of the forest on JV and then on J. As well as the border of CHKO after 500 m from curvature he turns to J on the way towards SV and then V to the opposite forest near Little Horkovce. It continues along the edge of the forest to the high-voltage power line. Along the line it goes to the forest border and along the forest border and the valley of Dola Horkovec towards J and JV. Further along the border of the forest to the Vashírovské líse and to the road Lány - Rakovnice, along the road to V. At the intersection U Křížka turns right through the Old Lány and at the next intersection at the beginning of the village to the left and along the main road passes through the Lány, around the castle park and along the border of the forest to the Hájenice Pustá Dobrá.
East side: At the Halibut Pustá Dobá leaves the border of the CHKO and turns to Z and after a while to J on the forest asphalted road which estates on district road no. III / 1161 (Plosko-Žilina). On this road Z continues in a direction (about 500 metres) to the intersection of the shape Y behind the village Ploskov. Here it turns left on road No II / 116 towards J, crosses road No II / 201 (Sýkoruče- Bělez) and in front of the Skalka grove, at the right angle turns left on V along the Long Mile forest road, which estates on road No III / 1163 (Bratronice-Nižbor). On this road goes to J to the grove of Charles (Green) hut, where at the right angle he swerves left on the edge of the forest in front of the village Chyňava - follows the edge of the forest to the village Krkavčí mountain. From Krkavč mountain continues along the forest road towards J, the deep valley to Krupka grove and from it to the border of the forest and further along the field road to V to the place where the road overloads the tiny hairline. Then down the creek to J (Blacksmith's Rok) to Berounce River. On the river it turns to the right, upstream of the river on the right bank to the village of Nižbor - the mouth of Habr creek. Following Habr's stream, he moves against the current, under the Slave and New Jáchymov. It leads along the J bank of the Lower Pond and before the Middle Pond ducts at a right angle towards the south along the edge of the forest and small watercourses flowing from the south. At the end, it continues along the edge of the forest directly to the south to the field path leading to the VJV, on which it leads through the cubicle 438 south east to the edge of the forest. Following the forest edge leads to V. Pod Krušné hora, it follows the forest path towards ZJZ, on which it rotates for about 500 m to the next forest path to V, which goes around Krušné hora and leads to JV until it connects to the pancreas no. III / 2365 (Hudlice -Green Cross). At the first intersection, the border turns left to J on the road leading to Green Cross No II / 236 J in the direction. At the intersection of the Green Cross, the border at the right angle turns to the right to Z and on the road no. III / 2352 through the intersection of the Cross and the intersection of the Cross (Kota 526), through the Cots it heads to the starting point of the village of Líšná, which is circling the north edge.
Explanatory notes:
*) If the text of the Annex indicates that the border leads on the road, it is indicated that it leads on the edge of the road auxiliary parcel, namely the edge facing into the bird's area.
