on the extension of the commitment of the Collective Higher Level Contract
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs pursuant to Section 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended by the Constitutional Court found under No. 199 / 2003 Coll. and Act No. 255 / 2005 Coll., states that the Collective contract of the higher degree for 2018, which was concluded on 8.12.2017 between the higher trade union body - the trade union of workers of textile, clothing and leather industry of the Czech Republic and Moravia and the employers' organization - by association of textile - clothing - leather industry, is binding with effect from the first day of the month following the publication of this communication and for other employers with predominant activity in the sector identified by the codes of classification of economic activities CZ - NACE with the headings 13, 14 and 15.
