announces pursuant to Article 50 (1) of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 54 / 1971 Coll., on the election to the National Committees in the Czech Socialist Republic, the supplementary election to the North Bohemian Regional National Committee in Ústí nad Labem in the constituency No. 16 (Česká Lípa district) and sets the date of its holding on Friday 5 December 1986.
