amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 163 / 1973 Coll., on documentation of buildings, as amended by Decree No. 31 / 1976 Coll.
According to Section 53 of Act No. 133 / 1970 Coll., the Federal Ministry for Technical and Investment Development provides:
Decree No. 163 / 1973 Coll., on the Documentation of Buildings, as amended by Decree No. 31 / 1976 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. The following Section 63g is inserted after Section 63f:
Budget of the aggregate price of the type building object
(1) The budget of the aggregate price of a type building object for which the wholesale price is determined in accordance with a special regulation, (5) shall be processed as part of a single-stage project; exceptionally, it shall be processed as part of an implementation project in cases where:
(a) when using detailed documentation on the type underlay, (6) or type underlay (7) (hereinafter referred to as the "base"), the design and work according to the special regulation shall be confused, (8) and where such changes require an adjustment of the base for the initial project;
(b) the initial project shall be processed before setting the wholesale price of the type building object;
(c) the technical clarification of part of the type building object is extremely difficult.
(2) If a general designer processes the budget of the aggregate price of the type building object, he is obliged to submit as part of the project documentation in a single copy, valued by descriptions of the works and supplies of the whole type building object; make use of the valuation descriptions of works and supplies from supporting documents which form part of the basic budgetary costs. 9)
(3) In the case referred to in paragraph 1 (a), the budget of the aggregate price shall be provided by the supplier as part of the implementation project, in accordance with the provisions of Sections 63b (4) and 63d (2), in the event that it requests amendments itself. He is obliged to apply the required changes to the general designer without payment when processing the initial project and project them into the basis for the initial project.
(4) In the general budget of the building, an amount corresponding to 4% of the budgetary costs referred to in Title III shall be included in Title VIII for the type building object for which the aggregate price is fixed; the reserve is set at 2% for type building buildings and civil amenities for complex residential construction, for type building buildings of 1%.
(5) Paragraph 55 (2), first sentence, paragraphs 4 and 6 and Paragraph 63d (2) shall not apply. Where the procedure referred to in paragraph 3 is followed, the provisions of paragraphs 55 (2), first sentence, and 63b (6) shall not apply only.
(6) The detailed method of budgeting the aggregate prices of type construction buildings is laid down in a separate regulation.10) '
2. In Article 71, the following paragraph 5 is inserted after paragraph 4:
"(5) The preparation of buildings in the territory of the capital of Prague and the capital of the Slovak Socialist Republic of Bratislava shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of this Decree, unless otherwise specified by the Special Regulations. '
This decree shall take effect on 1 July 1978.
