Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade

amending and supplementing Decree No. 4 / 1972 Coll.
The Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade, in agreement with the participating central authorities, provides pursuant to § 1 of Act No. 119 / 1948 Coll., on the State Organisation of Foreign Trade and International Shipbuilding, and § 38 (1) (a) of Act No. 133 / 1970 Coll., on the jurisdiction of federal ministries:
Decree of the Minister for Foreign Trade No 4 / 1972 Coll., concerning the prohibition or restriction of the export of certain goods in tourist traffic is amended as follows:
1. Annex No 1 to Decree No 4 / 1972 of the Minister for Foreign Trade Coll. is replaced by Annex No 1 as annexed thereto;
2. Annex No 2 to Decree No 4 / 1972 of the Minister for Foreign Trade Coll. is replaced by Annex No 2, as annexed to that decree.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.

List of goods,
whose export is prohibited in tourist traffic
1. meat, fish, poultry and products thereof (including preserved meat)
2. Butter
3rd fat
4. edible fats
5. milk preserved (including dried milk)
6. Rice
7. sugar
8. dry fruits (nuts, almonds, figs, dates, raisins, etc.)
9. southern fruit (oranges, lemons, greats, bananas, pineapples) and articles thereof
10. textile goods for infants
11. knitted and crocheted linen of woven fabrics
12. knitted top dressing
13. stocking products other than women's polyamide stockings
14. children's overcoats
15. flannel, husbandry and plush
16. footwear of all kinds
17. gold products
18. Tyres and souls
19. Gas for vehicles registered abroad except petrol in containers firmly incorporated in the vehicle
