of 25 June 1973
amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 55 / 1967 Coll., on the basic conditions of supply of agricultural products and needs, as amended by Decree No. 122 / 1970 Coll., on certain measures on the supply of agricultural products and needs
The Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Nutrition provides, in an agreement with the authorities concerned pursuant to § 392 (1) of Economic Code No. 109 / 1964 Coll., as published by the Bureau of the Federal Assembly on 4 June 1971 under No 37 / 1971 Coll. and § 15 (1) of Act No. 51 / 1959 Coll., on the Purchase of Agricultural Products:
Decree No. 55 / 1967 Coll., on the basic conditions of supply of agricultural products and needs, as amended by Decree No. 122 / 1970 Coll., on certain measures on the supply of agricultural products and needs, is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 20 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) The quality of grains and oilseeds shall be determined on the basis of an analysis carried out in accordance with the methods laid down in technical standard CSN 46 1011, 1) according to which grains and oilseeds are also taken over. '
2. Paragraph 20 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) Grains and oilseeds shall be assessed and evaluated according to the quality laid down by technical standards: 1)

CSN 46 1131 - Maize
ČSN 46 1141 - Wheat

3. Paragraph 20 (3) is deleted.
The designation of paragraphs 4 and 5 shall be amended to paragraphs 3 and 4.
4. Article 31 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) For the supply of sugar beet and chicory, agricultural organisations are entitled to free delivery of molasses (according to ČSN 56 5840) with a polarisation of 50% of 1 kg for each 100 kg of weight of sugar beet or chicory delivered. In addition, they are entitled to a free delivery of 57 kg of fresh cuttings (according to ČSN 56 5860) containing 8% dry matter for each 100 kg of weight of sugar beet or chicory delivered. Cuts with a higher or lower dry matter content and molasses with a lower or higher percentage of polarisation shall be issued in an appropriate proportion. ';
5. Paragraph 73 is amended as follows:
(a) in paragraphs 2 and 3, the designation CSN 80 1110 on CSN 46 6222 - Domestic sweat wool;
(b) in all paragraphs, the designation "raw sheep wool" to "sheep wool."
6. the following paragraph 80 (a) is inserted after Paragraph 80:
Only organisations authorised under specific regulations may buy and sell breeding animals, sports horses and hatching eggs. 2) '
7.
(a) eggs of table and slaughter poultry shall be deleted as a buyer "undertakings of the ODR Agricultural supply and purchase, Prague" for the ČSR and "enterprises of the OCT Agricultural supply and purchase, Bratislava" for the SSR;
(b) it is deleted from fur animal skins as a buyer of "Spolchov, joint cooperative undertaking, Prague."
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.

1) The standards referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 shall apply with effect from 1.7.1973.
2) Articles 21 and 22 of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 86 / 1972 Coll., on the breeding of livestock, and Articles 23 and 24 of the Act of the Slovak National Council No. 110 / 1972 Coll., on the breeding of livestock.
