Decree of the Central Administration of the Purchase of Agricultural Products on the Purchase of Agricultural Products by Small Users of Agricultural Land and Cow Breeders

DECLARATION
Central management of the purchase of agricultural products
of 18 July 1962
on the purchase of agricultural products from small users of agricultural land and cows
The central administration of the purchase of agricultural products shall provide in agreement with the participating central authorities pursuant to Article 2 of Act No. 67 / 1962 Coll., on the purchase of agricultural products from small-scale users of land and cow breeders, and Article 6 of the statutory measure of the Bureau of the National Assembly No. 40 / 1962 Coll., on the establishment of the Central Administration of the Purchase of Agricultural Products:
(1) Local national committees shall provide small-scale agricultural land users with an area of between 0,21 ha and 0,50 ha, including the delivery tasks of eggs, with an average of 300 pcs from each soil user in the municipality subject to the determination of the delivery task of eggs under this decree.
(2) Where the users referred to in paragraph 1 are not able to keep hens, the local national committees shall provide them with a supply task in another agricultural product which they may carry out (hay, fruit, poultry for slaughter, etc.). When determining quantities, they shall be based on the value of these other agricultural products corresponding to the value of the delivery task of the eggs at the purchase prices of the products concerned.
In addition, the local national committees shall determine, on average, the supply tasks of milk for the persons referred to in Article 1 (1), if they are keeping a cow, in the amount of 700 l per cow (550 l for cows of the Pinzgava breed) in the municipality. Those tasks shall also be laid down by cow farmers who are less than or equal to agricultural land users.
The provisions of paragraphs 1 and 2 shall apply only to the users of the land and to the breeders of the cows where such persons or their spouses are in employment or are members of production cooperatives; do not concern:
(a) members of single agricultural cooperatives who continue to determine the delivery tasks of the cooperative and whose supplies will be included in the overall supply task of the cooperative concerned;
(b) agricultural land users with an area of between 0,21 ha and 0,50 ha, and cow breeders, if there are at least 3 persons under 15 years of age or permanent work incapacitated, or 1 person suffering from tuberculosis, if the disease is demonstrated by confirmation of a hospital's tuberculosis ward with a clinic (clinics).
The local national committees shall determine the delivery tasks referred to in Sections 1 and 2 according to the production conditions and possibilities and taking into account the social and health conditions of the soil user and, where appropriate, the cow breeder.
Paragraph 28 of the Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture No 162 / 1959 of the Ú. l, on the purchase of agricultural products, the other provisions on individual farm farmers apply also to the land users or cow farmers referred to in Sections 1 and 2.
This decree shall take effect on 1 January 1963.
