a special addition to the clergy in active service of churches and religious societies of congruntial and subsidy.
The Constitutional National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on this law:
(1) The supplements of the lowest income (congruy) of the clergy of the churches and religious societies of the congruals are due on 1 December 1945. This addition is 3.000.- for single and 5.400.- for married. In addition, the allowance shall be paid for the children on whom the allowance is due. This allowance shall be for each child for the period from 1 December 1945 to 31 December 1946.

(2) A clergyman whose spouse is employed or enjoys a retirement allowance or pension from public social insurance shall be treated as a free spirit.
The special allowances provided for in Section 1 are payable monthly at the same time as the congrue supplement and are not part of the pension base. They shall determine the insurance premiums in accordance with the rules on sickness insurance for spiritual churches and religious societies recognised by the State (Recepted); However, from child allowances only until 31 December 1946. From 1 January 1947, child allowances shall not be subject to pension or wage taxes.
The Church and the religious societies of subsidies will receive a grant from the Treasury for the purpose of paying special allowances to their clergy in accordance with the provisions of this law, provided that the conditions under which they would receive this allowance are met if they were congregational by the spiritual churches and religious societies. These allowances are also exempt from insurance premiums and pension tax, as well as payroll taxes to the extent provided for in the allowances of spiritual churches and religious societies of the congruntial.
This Act shall take effect on 1 December 1945; It shall be carried out by the Minister for Education and Education in agreement with the Minister for Finance.
