GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 15 December 2004
on the occupation of soldiers of the Army of the Czech Republic in the period 1 January 2005 to 31 December 2005
The Government orders pursuant to § 14 paragraph 3 of Act No. 219 / 1999 Coll., on the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic, and pursuant to § 50a of Act No. 283 / 1991 Coll., on the Police of the Czech Republic, as amended by Act No. 26 / 1993 Coll.:
A maximum of 200 soldiers in active service shall be used for the performance of the duties of the Police of the Czech Republic in the period 1 January 2005 to 31 December 2005.
Soldiers in active service carry out tasks under Section 1 under the command of a member of the Police of the Czech Republic. Soldiers in active duty carry out duties with weapons.
The Minister of Defence shall designate soldiers in active service, including military equipment and equipment, to carry out their duties under Section 1.
Government Decree No. 483 / 2003 Coll., on the occupation of soldiers of the Army of the Czech Republic in the period from 1 January 2004 to 31 December 2004 is hereby repealed.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2005.
