on the announcement of the frequency band allocation plan
The Czech Telecommunications Authority announces that according to § 56 paragraph 7 of Act No. 151 / 2000 Coll., on Telecommunications and on the amendment of other laws, as amended, it has published a plan for the allocation of frequency bands.
According to the same provision of the Act, the Czech Telecommunications Office published a plan for the allocation of frequency bands in the Telecommunications Journal of 15 November 2004, amounting to 11, in the normative section "A 'under point 195. The frequency band allocation plan became valid on that date. The frequency band allocation plan shall take effect on 1 January 2005.
