imposing collective agreements of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that, in accordance with the provisions of § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, the following collective agreements of higher degree were deposited with it between 1 February 2010 and 22 February 2010:
1. Appendix 1 to the Collective Higher Level Contract of 15 December 2009, concluded between
KOVO Trade Union
and
Association of Air Manufacturers.
2. Appendix 1 to the Collective Agreement of 30 December 2009 between the
Trade union
and
The Union of Trade and Tourism of the Czech Republic from 1 January 2010 to 31 December 2010.
3. Appendix 1 to the Collective Agreement of 27 January 2010 between
Union of employees of glass, ceramic, jewellery and porcelain
and
Association of Glass and Ceramic Industry of the Czech Republic. The Appendix shall take effect on 1 January 2010.
4. Collective contract of higher degree dated 28 January 2010, concluded between
KOVO Trade Union
and
Association of Air Manufacturers for the period from 1 January 2010 to 31 December 2010.
