DECLARATION
of 26 February 2003
amending Decree No. 41 / 2002 Coll., on reviewing the management of local authorities and voluntary associations of municipalities
According to Article 17 (4) of Act No. 250 / 2000 Coll., the Ministry of Finance provides:
Decree No. 41 / 2002 Coll., on the examination of the management of local authorities and voluntary associations of municipalities, is amended as follows:
1. Article 2, including footnotes 1), 2), 3) and 4) shall be deleted;
2. Paragraph 3 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) The subject of the review shall also be the treatment of property owned by local authorities, including property entered in a voluntary association of municipalities. '
3. Paragraph 5 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) The examination shall use complete and true information and documents on the management of the local authorities and voluntary associations of municipalities. The review shall be carried out under such conditions as to avoid jeopardising its timely execution and proper conduct. ';
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
