According to Section 53 of Act No. 133 / 1970 Coll., the Federal Ministry for Technical and Investment Development provides:
Decree No 75 / 1977 Coll., on repeated projects, is added as follows:
In Article 7, the following paragraphs 5, 6 and 7 are inserted after paragraph 4:
"(5) If the budget processes the aggregate price of a building building or operating file in a repeated project, the general designer is obliged to submit as part of it, in a single copy, valued descriptions of the works and supplies of the whole building or operating file.
(6) The general budget of the building shall include in Title VIII an amount equivalent to 2% of the budgetary costs shown for the building object in Title III and for the operating set out in Title II for the building object in the general budget of the building building or operating set for the repeated project.
(7) The detailed method of budgeting aggregate prices in repeated projects of construction buildings or operating files is laid down in a separate regulation.18) '
Paragraph 5 shall become paragraph 8.
The decree shall take effect on 1 July 1978.
