Councils of Central Bohemian Regional National Committee in Prague
of 18 May 1976
delegating national committees to lower levels of performance of the water management agenda
The Council of the Central Bohemian Regional National Committee in Prague pursuant to § 46 paragraph 1 of the Act on National Committees in the full version published under No. 28 / 1972 Coll. and § 3 paragraph 2 of the Act ČNR No. 130 / 1974 Coll., on State Administration in the Water Economy, mandates
1. the municipal national committees in the Central Bohemian Region perform a water management agenda within the scope of § 3 (2) (a), (c), (d) and (f) of the ČNR Act No. 130 / 1974 Coll., on State Administration in the Water Economy,
2. local national committees in the Central Bohemian Region perform a water management agenda within the scope of § 3 (2) (a), (c) and (f) of the ČNR Act No. 130 / 1974 Coll., on State Administration in the Water Economy.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 1976.
