THE LAW
of 5 July 1962
on the purchase of agricultural products from small users of agricultural land and cows
The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic decided on this law:
In order to ensure the adequate participation of small users of agricultural land and cow farmers in the public supply of food, local national committees shall establish supply tasks for agricultural products to agricultural land users *) with an area ranging from 0,21 ha to 0,50 ha inclusive and to cow farmers, provided that such persons or their spouses are in employment or are members of a production cooperative.
The scope and conditions of the delivery tasks referred to in Article 1 shall specify: The central management of the purchase of agricultural products in agreement with the participating central authorities, in order to enable local national committees to take into account the production possibilities and social and health conditions of the soil user or cow breeder.
Paragraph 1 shall not apply to:
(a) members of the single agricultural cooperatives to which the cooperative continues to determine the delivery tasks;
(b) persons referred to in Paragraph 1, if there are at least three persons under 15 years of age or permanently unable to work in their household, or one person suffering from tuberculosis.
Paragraph 11 of Act No. 51 / 1959 Coll., on the Purchase of Agricultural Products, is deleted; the other provisions on individual farm farmers also apply to the land users or cow farmers referred to in § 1.
This Act shall take effect on 1 January 1963.
