on a change in the heading of the Contracting Parties bound by the Protocol on Judgement Clauses.
The Protocol on Laws on Judgments, negotiated in Geneva on 24 September 1923, was ratified by Ireland, whose instrument of ratification was deposited on 11 March 1957, on which the Secretary-General of the United Nations submitted a report on the same day, so that the Protocol became effective for Ireland on 11 April 1957.
