on the limitation of the criminal penalties.
The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on the following Act:
Paragraph 23 (6) of the Order of the President of the Republic of 19 October 1945, No 91 Coll., on the renewal of the Czechoslovak currency, is amended and read as follows:
"The penalty for offences referred to in paragraphs 1 to 4 shall be limited in five years from the date on which the offence was committed."
Paragraph 23 (6) of Decree No 91 / 1945 Coll. as amended by Article 1 also applies to offences committed before the application of this law.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication; to be carried out by the Minister for Finance.
