on active state and certain other public staff.
The Constitutional National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on this law:
State employees whose permanent place of employment is in the municipality still in the category D, are subject to operating fees (adjutum, remunery, remuneration, daily salary) according to the category C.
State employees under this law are civil servants to whom the Law of 24 June 1926, No. 103 Coll., on the modification of the salary and certain service conditions of civil servants (Salary Act) applies, or regulations issued under it.
Paragraph 1 shall also apply:
(a) for persons in a teaching service whose pay and service conditions are governed by the Law of 24 June 1926, No 104 Coll., on the regulation of the pay and service conditions of the teachers of general and civic schools (Teaching Act),
(b) for employees of the volumes of local government and other public law corporations and foundations whose pay ratios are governed by general rules similar to those laid down in Sections 2 and 3 (a).
Paragraph 1 shall apply mutatis mutandis to the flat allowance belonging to the tenure provided for in Paragraph 5, paragraph 3 of the Law of 31 May 1932, No 83 Coll., on the modification of the formalities of military personnel from the number of men in active service and of certain other persons to be treated as equivalent, as well as to the provision of the tenure, as amended by the Law of 14 February 1946, No 37 Coll.
Provisions on the group of places The provisions laid down in Sections 2, 3 and 4, as well as in other provisions applicable to the staff referred to in Sections 2, 3 and 4, shall be deleted.
This Law shall take effect on 1 January 1948; it shall be carried out by all members of the Government.
