THE LAW
of 9 December 2004
on the granting of a State guarantee to the Czech Republic for a loan granted by EUROFIMA to finance the purchase of railway rolling stock
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
(1) The Czech Republic will provide a State guarantee to guarantee the credit provided by the European Railway Company for the financing of EUROFIMA railway wagons in order to finance the purchase of passenger railway wagons, power locomotives of the 380 series and 471 series of electric units for suburban transport.
(2) The State guarantee referred to in paragraph 1 shall be granted for the principal of a loan of EUR 45 000 000 and the interest and fees associated with the granting of a loan under the relevant credit agreement, provided that the loan is due by 31 December 2019.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
