(2) The basic identification data for the cave are:
1. name of the cave, synonym and registration number according to the Single Register of Speleological Objects managed by the Nature and Landscape Protection Agency (if assigned),
2. type of cavity (e.g. caves, abyss, chimney),
3. detailed location of entrances (entrances) including S-JTSK1 coordinates),
4. the altitude of the entrances (entrances) in the Bpv1 system;
5. the relative height of the entrances (entrances) above the comparative level (e.g. above the valley floor, river floor, start the quarry),
6. name of the conquest area and bearing,
7. cadastral territory and local location name,
8. the date and method of possible destruction of the cave (e.g. extraction, roll-off) or its further use.
(3) The basic characteristics of the cave include data on:
(a) the type and nature of the cave (for example, horizontal, corridor, hall, dome, ruptured abyss, chimney),
(b) cave morphology,
(c) length, depth and cant;
(d) geological ratios;
(e) hydrological function (e.g. water conditions, flow, temperature and water composition),
(f) sedimentary and mineral fillers;
(g) paleontological, archaeological or historical findings;
(h) micro-climatic conditions (e.g. drains, temperature, humidity and air composition);
(i) the biological significance of the cave (for example, the findings of colonies of bats, invertebrates, fungi),
(j) other significant natural phenomena (e.g. gas spills);
(k) the assumptions for the continuation of the cave space and the prospects of the related discoveries;
(l) the static proportions of the cave, its conservation, further use or disposal;
(m) other protective conditions resulting from specific legislation2) (e.g. spa protection zones, liner structures),
(n) date and circumstances of discoveries and surveys;

(c) 1: 100 scale sections and sections,
(d) a technical report on the measurement work carried out, indicating the accuracy achieved;
(e) a list of the coordinates of the points of the basic point (1).
(5) The photographic documentation contains colour images of the original cave state and changes in cave state caused by mining (e.g. morphology, karst fillings) in electronic form.
(6) The resulting documentation of the cave shall also be accompanied by samples of natural materials (e.g. rocks, minerals, paleontological findings).
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2005.
