amending Decree No. 296 / 2004 Coll., implementing the Act on the Registration of Residents and amending Decree No. 177 / 2000 Coll., implementing the Act on the Registration of Residents, the Act on Civil Documents and the Act on Travel Documents, as amended
According to § 25 (a) of Act No. 133 / 2000 Coll., on the registration of residents and birth numbers and on the amendment of certain laws (Act on the registration of residents):
In Section 5 of Decree No. 296 / 2004 Coll., implementing the Act on the Registration of Residents and amending Decree No. 177 / 2000 Coll., implementing the Act on the Registration of Residents, the Act on Civil Documents and the Act on Travel Documents, as amended, the words "until 31 December 2004 'are replaced by" until 31 December 2005'.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2005.
