GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 14 February 2021
on the adoption of crisis measures
Following the Government Resolution No. 125 of 14 February 2021 by which the Government, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the Security of the Czech Republic, declared emergency status in accordance with Article 5 (a) to (e) and § 6 of the Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on emergency management and on the amendment of certain laws (Crisis Act), as amended, for the resolution of the crisis situation, the adoption of emergency measures within the meaning of § 5 (c) to (e) and § 6 (1) (b) of the Crisis Act.
Government
order, with effect from 15 February 2021, from 00: 00 to 28 February 2021 to 23: 59, all social service providers providing social services pursuant to § 49 and 50 of Act No. 108 / 2006 Coll., on social services, as amended, (home for seniors, home with special regime), that the following conditions be met in the case of non-premises or premises of the establishment in which the social service is provided, for the duration of the emergency condition:
1. the walk will be allowed on condition that the user is placed in separate premises immediately upon return and within 72 hours of the end of the walk the first antigenic POC test will be carried out which will be repeated for another 3 to 4 days; placing in separate spaces will be terminated in the event of negative results of both tests;
2. the user of social services uses a respirator of at least FFP2 or KN95 class during the walk.
